Advertising, Journalism and Public Relations students, faculty and staff are working together
to help the Second Harvest Food Bank collect canned goods for the needy this holiday
season. LOOK for drop off food barrels outside DBH 105. We will continue to collect empty
plastic bottles & canned foods for a family the JMC School has adopted. Bring those items
inside the Journalism Office, DBH 105, weekdays 11 am to 3 pm. Thank you!

Prof. Larry Sokoloff is taking a group of JMC School students to Ireland to tour and compare
Media and Law issues. Trip informational meeting, Tuesday, Nov. 22nd, in DBH 226.
NEW JMC School Elective Classes, Spring 2012
A top Silicon Valley expert, Michael Brito, plans to teach a new social media and marketing
impact class, Wednesday nights at 6 pm in DBH 133. Bob Rucker will teach Media & The Presidential Election class Tuesdays at 6 pm, DBH 133. Check with all courses in the
